About
Lisa Rosequist, Ph.D., ACC, PMH-C
Clinical psychologist, executive coach, healthcare leader
I help leaders and parents who are good at their jobs but tired of feeling anxious, stuck, or stretched thin. As a psychologist and certified coach who has led wellness programs inside healthcare systems, I combine clinical skills with real-world leadership experience to create practical, lasting change.
My work grew out of two truths: people perform best when their inner life and outer roles are aligned; and leadership in high-pressure settings requires both technical skill and emotional resilience. I’m also a parent navigating the same tensions many of my clients face — which keeps my approach grounded and pragmatic.
